Hospital Week is a nationwide event that highlights the tireless work of doctors, nurses, social workers and other clinical staff. The Foundation has collaborated with San Mateo Medical Center to thank these heroes each year.

Last year, we were invited by the Medical Center to co-host Hospital Week: Back to the Future – Renew, Refresh, Reconnect, an unforgettable week-long celebration at five different clinic sites. The festivities included gift bags with a carnival at each location, and hospital and clinic staff were treated to a photo-op with a replica of the Back to the Future DeLorean time machine. Everyone enjoyed a day of fun, good food and a great playlist of 80s hits!
